Ambassador Roles

IBPO Ambassadors are volunteer advocates who help grow connections, increasing engagement, and champion IBPO’s mission and values. Ambassadors play a key role in expanding visibility, and building meaningful business relationships. There are three key Ambassador Roles.

Community Ambassador

Helps build connections. This role is ideal for professionals who are relationship-driven, active in the community, and committed to building meaningful business connections that move the organization forward.

Responsibilities include:

• Promote IBPO’s mission, programs, and networking opportunities
• Support member engagement and business relationship building
• Expand IBPO’s visibility and presence within the community
• Act as a connector between the Organization, partners, and prospective members

Media Ambassador

The digital voice of IBPO, creating excitement and engagement online and at events.

Responsibilities include:

• Champion IBPO’s mission, values, and initiatives through digital and social media channels
• Capture and share event highlights, member success stories, and key networking moments
• Keep members informed, engaged, and connected through consistent content
• Generate buzz before, during, and after IBPO events across media platforms

Event Planning Ambassador

Creative leaders who help design and deliver standout IBPO experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, coordinating, and securing event venues
• Supporting event planning, logistics, and execution
• Maintaining relationships with vendors
• Help deliver memorable events that build connection, collaboration, visibility, and distinguish IBPO from other networking organizations
