The following additional terms and conditions are supplementary to, not a replacement of, International Business Professional Organization (IBPO) general Terms and Conditions. These terms apply specifically to Advertising on IBPO and the tiers of paid membership, recurring membership provided by International Business Professional Organization (IBPO) to you. By subscribing to ‘Solepreneuer, Entrepreneur’ or ‘Corporate Partner’ membership of advertising with IBPO, you agree to these Additional Terms and Conditions, including the obligation to pay the specified membership fees for the chosen membership period.
1) Payment and Recurring Charges: When you purchase any IBPO membership or IBPO Advertising, you acknowledge that these are recurring charges which will be billed monthly or annually until canceled by you. We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g., credit card) even after it has expired to avoid interruptions in your membership or Advertisement and to use to pay other Services you may buy. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the end of the subscription period (e.g. month or year) in which you canceled your subscription. These fees, once paid by you, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your use of IBPO membership and Advertisements on IBPO is expressly made subject to your agreement to these Additional Terms and Conditions.
2) Subscription Renewals: Your membership to International Business Professional Organization (IBPO) automatically renews at the end of your chosen membership period for a new membership period identical in length to your chosen membership period until you cancel (i.e, if you purchased a monthly membership, it automatically renews month to month until canceled). You will be charged the membership fee for the initial membership period when you sign up for the membership and thereafter automatically the membership fee on each renewal until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the applicable amount using the payment method you have on file with us. By agreeing to these Additional Terms and Conditions and your payment method, you authorize IBPO to do so.
3) Advertising Renewals: All advertisements in International Business Professional Organization (IBPO) newsletters and on any paid media platform are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period. We will automatically charge you the applicable amount using the payment method you have on file with us. By agreeing to these Additional Terms and Conditions and your payment method, you authorize IBPO to do so. Unless you cancel or modify your advertisement before the renewal date, the advertisement will continue running and the payment method on file will be charged automatically for the next term. Members are solely responsible for managing their advertisement settings and ensuring any desired cancellations are completed before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
4) Cancellation of Membership: As a member, it is your responsibility to cancel your IBPO membership, Advertisements, (and any IBPO services) if you no longer wish to use. Each IBPO membership, Advertisement, and any IBPO service you subscribe to, operates as a separately and must be cancelled individually. Cancelling your Membership does not impact any other active paid service you have through by International Business Professional Organization (IBPO). This includes, but is not limited to, IBPO Advertisements, IBPO Memberships, or any Services under other accounts you control. To cancel, log into your account and either navigate to the My Membership page and follow the cancellation process or email support@ibpo.biz. Your Membership and its associated features will terminate at the end of the then-current subscription period. Any other active sponsorships, paid memberships (including those on other accounts), or paid memberships will remain active and continue to renew until cancelled individually by you, and all applicable terms and fees will apply. IBPO reserves the right to terminate Memberships at its sole discretion.
5) Refunds: As per our policy, we do not offer refunds once a payment transaction has been completed. However, should you have any issues or concerns regarding a recent charge, we encourage you to contact support@ibpo.biz. We value your satisfaction and our team will work diligently to address any concerns you may have.
6) Downgrading or Upgrading Your Membership: You may upgrade or downgrade your Membership at any time during your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the features of your current membership will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
7) Termination of Paid Account or Advertisement: If IBPO terminates your account for any violations or reasons specified in the General Terms and Conditions, such termination is immediate. Your membership fee for the remaining current period will be retained by IBPO. If you have pre-paid for an annual membership, any unused portion of such pre-paid membership period will not be refunded to you. If your membership is terminated for any reason, all paid advertisements associated with your account will be removed immediately. If you have pre-paid for an advertisement (no matter the length of time purchased), the advertisement will stop running upon termination, and the remaining advertisement time will not be refunded under any circumstances.
8) If you have pre-paid for an advertisement (no matter the length of time) the advertisement will be removed immediately and the remaining AD time will not be refunded to you.
9) Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, we may automatically terminate your account. If you have questions about a payment made to us, we encourage you to contact us at support@ibpo.biz before filing a chargeback. We reserve our right to dispute any chargeback.
